You're facing an issue where your PC only connects to one network—your home Wi-Fi—and not others. The problem seems linked to a Windows glitch affecting the WiFi adapter's IP and DNS settings. You've already tried connecting via LAN and using a hotspot, but nothing else works. Consider checking if other devices can connect to the same network, resetting the adapter, or consulting Windows support for further guidance.

Which issue are you referring to precisely? Have you attempted deleting and reinstalling the adapters? Have you explored resolving problems through the network center?

The issue involves a display stating no internet access despite connectivity being present. I resolved it by adjusting the IPv4 settings, but the fix only worked on one network. Even with an Ethernet cable, the message remained unchanged. This occurred after installing a program that temporarily disabled the network connection. I removed the program right away, yet it continued to block access to other networks.
