I recently updated my Dell G5 15-5500 laptop drivers, specifically Intel UHD, and during the process the machine shut down. The main display is damaged, so it’s now connected to an external one via HDMI. It won’t boot again—only fans spin and the keyboard turns on, but nothing else appears. I’ve tried several fixes: switching drives, clearing CMOS, holding D+Power, powering down, using just one RAM stick with alternating, disconnecting the main screen, and entering BIOS via P or Fn+F8. In every attempt, there’s no POST and no display on the external monitors. Someone mentioned a possible BIOS corruption; how can I reinstall it when nothing shows up? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
