Previously I apologize for any misspelled words. This is my native language. The device features an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H processor, RTX2060 graphics card, and a stock 2x8 gigabit RAM with 3200MHz clock speed. It comes with 500GB SSD and a 1TB upgrade SSD. Installed Windows 11 two years ago; it has run smoothly despite being 4 years old. Recently spent two weeks offline while building a new house for a brother. After reboot, performance was sluggish—programs took 1 to 3 minutes to launch, and games ran at low resolution (around 380p). 3D design software opened quickly on paper. CPU and GPU temperatures hovered around 34°C, with no unusual behavior in Task Manager. Some programs played audio through speakers like a 2000 floppy game crash. I updated drivers, checked for malware, and inspected hardware; everything appeared normal. Fans spun freely, no dust or obstructions. Safe mode worked better than standard. The problem is your frequency isn't high enough unless the PC is completely idle and inactive. Try running some tasks to observe any changes in the clock behavior.
