Hello, Your laptop has been running nonstop all day. I’m not sure what to do—do you need advice or should I consider replacing it? Appreciate any suggestions!

In the worst case, you might need a replacement SSD... but what occurs when you power it off and on again?

With a Windows installation on a thumb drive, you can attempt a repair using that drive instead of reinstalling. First, try restarting the process. Use an external recovery only if the disk sector with the recovery is damaged and the system freezes during the process.
