Hey there, I noticed the fans came in yesterday and everything was fine. But today only the LCD screens are working while the fans spin. The controller and fans aren’t showing up in L-Connect 3. Anyone have a fix for this? I thought everything was connected properly on the first day, so it’s likely a software issue. My USB device manager also shows an unknown device (device descriptor request failed). Here’s my setup: Windows 11, ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS (Wi-Fi), AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3600, GeForce RTX 3070.

I recently assembled a new computer three weeks ago, and this issue has occurred three times already. Quite bothersome! I searched online and discovered that updating my L-connect 3 was necessary because the fans weren’t listed in L-connect but in Device Manager. I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling L-connect 3, which resolved the problem. It repeated itself, so I followed the same steps again. Still the same outcome. It’s frustrating since I spent nearly 6000 kr (about 600$) on Lian Li products.

I haven't made any changes, but after a week everything is working perfectly again.
