Hello, I have a Kingston Renegate SSD (2TB) and after installing the SSD manager via the app, the firmware update process crashes. I've tried reinstalling it and running it as an administrator, but the issue persists when clicking update. Could you offer any advice on resolving this?

Use Geek Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller, or IOBit Uninstaller to remove the software, then reinstall it. Download the newest version from the website. Run SFC /scannow to verify your Windows system.

Hard Disk Sentinel provides updates on the drive's condition and status. Regarding older software versions, it depends on system compatibility—check if your setup supports the required updates.

The disk sentinel indicates the health is 100% and it's 2 months old. An older version of the software was installed, but it causes crashes. I cannot access versions older than 1.5.0.0 due to SSD issues.

It doesn't fail in Safe mode and also won't crash when XMP is turned off.

It doesn't allow any updates to safe mode, and disabling Expo still causes the crash.

I also tested it on Windows 11 versions 24H1 and 24H2 with the SKC3000 1TB SSD.
