Hi, I tried turning my PC back on today (Avast preferred that). When I logged back into Windows, I saw the keyboard isn’t responding at all. After some testing, I realized: first, NumLock is active but keys don’t work (I’ve used two different keyboards), second, only fn + fxx shortcuts like play or volume change function, and third, in BIOS/UEFI everything works fine. Help needed! Thanks! (P.S., it’s frustrating using an on-screen keyboard 😅)

No, I didn't attempt a driver reload.

I might attempt to reinstall the USB and device controller drivers.

I attempted to fix it, but if the mouse fails, disabling others isn't possible. There might be essential USB drivers that shouldn't be removed.

You should be able to reinstall or fix it without losing any files.
