The tab key on your ROG Falchion Ace stays white even when your RGB settings change. The side touchbar appears in a single color and doesn’t respond properly. Since you bought it used, you can’t return it. This issue occurred unexpectedly while gaming. You might want to check the hardware connections, try resetting the device, or contact customer support for further help.
