Hello! I recently assembled my first computer and have been facing this issue for several months. About 70% of the time when I power on my PC, the keyboard lights up and won’t type until I disconnect and reconnect it. I’ve tried turning off fast boot, ensuring USB ports aren’t in power-saving mode, switching ports, and updating the keyboard drivers. Still, I keep hitting a wall since nothing seems to work properly.

My motherboard is Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX Ice (I don’t know any other parts that would help with this issue, please let me know if I need to add anything else!!).
If you search for Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX Ice, you’ll find several boards in the ICE series. It’s best to list your specs clearly, like this:

Chassis:

Monitor:
Also include the age of the PSU, along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
