In reality, none of the settings in the BIOS appear to be functioning properly, especially with the RAM. Just turning on XMP didn’t help—after saving and exiting it, the system restarted multiple times before opening Windows. It keeps showing 2133MHz instead of the expected 3600MHz. Does this mean the RAM is faulty?

What are your system specs? XMP profile is essentially overclocking your ram and no guarantees to reach the listed speeds. Having ram on the motherboards approved list can definitely help, 2 stick kits tend to be easier to hit advertised speeds better than 4 stick kits. I personally, have pretty much had to add dram voltage since AMD updated AGESA past 1.2.0.3 (or somewhere around that) Edit: I see your specs in your sig. I have pretty much the same motherboard as you, Gigabyte Aorus Master x570s. So far the Corsair Vengeance 3600 c16(4x8GB) I had to have dram voltage set to 1.45 and the Corsair Dominator 3600 c16 (4x8GB) set to 1.4 There are other methods, people have had luck with manually entering the XMP profile settings instead of using the xmp profile.

The motherboard is a Gigabyte X570 Auros Master. The GPU is an Rx 6800xt, CPU is an R7 5800x, and the RAM configuration is visible in the uploaded photo. All previous configurations functioned properly before I reset the CMOS. It allows restoring earlier CPU settings, but when adjusting RAM OC parameters, the system shuts down repeatedly during "save and exit" in BIOS.

Just turning on XMP and adjusting the DRAM voltage to 1.45V previously resolved the issue of the PC switching on and off repeatedly.

It usually happens when the voltage is too low. What forced you to reset the CMOS?

I switched the RAM into the incorrect slots initially. It’s surprising how that happened. After saving the OC profile, everything worked fine once I fixed the problem. Now the RAM is reading 3733mhz as expected. Hopefully, it wasn’t harmed by being in the wrong slot.
