About a year ago Linus shared a video about fixing his VR setup due to problems with Vive Trackers and USB ports on the motherboard. He used an add-in card as a workaround. I’m checking if this problem still exists on newer boards or if certain models are affected. I’ve searched online, found some forum discussions and help pages that might clarify things, but I’m still confused and unsure if it’s connected to other issues. I’m planning a compact build and have a few case ideas in mind. If trackers aren’t needed, having an option would be great without rebuilding everything. If they’re still problematic, I’d prefer a mini-ITX or micro-ATX build. The Cerberus case from the video looks compact and fits my needs, though its price feels high for long-term use. If you know of a similar, affordable, and available case, let me know!
