As in the title, my buddies game is artifacting at the edges of models and in hair details.
Link: https://imgur.com/a/3DAxlvk
CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: Radeon 6600 challenger D
MainBoard: Asus Tuf z3700-Pro gaming
Hdd: unknown
Ssd: N/A
PSU: Thermaltake TR2-500NL2NC ATX12V & EPS12V Power Supply
Recently swapped from a nvidia card to radeon, wondering if the issue is driver-related or if the PSU is insufficient.
Thanks for your help.

Did he delete the Nvidia graphics driver using DDU prior to installing the Radeon version? Also, AMD cards (drivers) might encounter similar problems with certain anti-aliasing techniques. Suggest your friend experiment with Adrenalin to explore alternative methods and assess improvements. He should also attempt to enable Anisotropic filtering, as it previously helped with texture issues on a Radeon card. Disabling FSR should be among the initial steps considered.

If the game allows, there is an option in the in-game settings to turn it off.

it is disabled in the game and in adrenaline, but remained unchanged
here’s what his main menu appeared like yesterday; we swapped out the PSU and it still looks the same
our next suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall drivers via the linked guide above

Ouch! That's quite serious. If it doesn't improve after reinstalling the driver, I'm worried the GPU might be damaged.

it would be odd since we just purchased it and it's the recommended card. Could mean we might have been caught off guard by Newegg.

What you're asking is about the suggested card. Does it refer to the recommended specifications for the game? Regarding other games, if only one game matches that description, it's probably not related to hardware problems.
