I recently purchased an Astro A50X. The previous model worked fine without any problems. Static appears on the microphone occasionally. I've returned the original unit via RMA, but the issue persists. The only difference between this version and the prior one is the use of LightSpeed. It might be related to that software, though I'm uncertain. The problem seems tied to the computer rather than the headset or base station. Could it be a minor glitch? I've added a ferrite core to test for external interference, but the result was inconclusive. Operating system is Windows 11, 64-bit, ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E. RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5, 64GB SSD, Samsung 990 Pro SSD, GPU: RTX 4090, Power supply: MSI MPG A1000G. BIOS version/date: American Megatrends Inc., 1301, April 25, 2023.
