I removed it a long time back; they shared that photo to demonstrate it detected those, but not the virus. My system settings are paused, so I can't erase the HDD to be certain.

Set up the installation media for Windows and format it. If you don’t have it or can’t locate it, download a Linux distribution and use that to format your hard drive. I’m not sure if there’s any issue, though, since no other antivirus detected anything.
