Hi, I just got my first PC and I'm facing some problems where a static-like popping noise comes up whenever I connect or disconnect from the USB port. It also happens when closing browser tabs, which is odd. At first, I used a Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Pro AX board with an Intel 14700k CPU and didn't notice these issues. But after hearing about stability problems, I switched to a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX board and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Anyone know what might be causing this? No visible sparks, everything seems fine otherwise, but it's not normal. I've attached a video for reference. The small sound from Opera Browser is also from its sound effects. Any advice or fixes would be appreciated.
