Here’s a recap of what occurred. I removed the GTX 1070 driver and replaced it with a Vulkan Beta version. After that, my Nvidia Control Panel application stopped opening. I attempted various solutions online, such as using DDU, updating the operating system, restarting the Display Container service with both automatic and manual options, reinstalling drivers in and out of Safe Mode, and restoring my latest backup. I’m now unsure what to do next, as the issue seems linked to my OS rather than hardware. The Control Panel’s right-click menu would freeze briefly during restarts, requiring me to accept terms before closing. There are many system files involved, and I’m not sure how to proceed.

It is possible to try the provided link. If you set up a new user profile, they may receive NvidiaCP.

Have you attempted to reinstall it via the Microsoft Store, possibly removing it first if the Store identifies it as already installed?

Consider using a more recent GeForce driver and attempting the clean install, but first disable the automatic device installation settings to observe any differences.

It didn't work, but it's fine if you decide not to keep helping. I'm feeling a bit tempted to just restart my system.

Thank you for your assistance. After a week, I resolved the issue by thoroughly examining everything connected to Nvidia on my computer and removing it. For anyone facing a similar situation, it seems that automatic registry and program wipers might not always be sufficient.
