Turning on the PC causes all lights to illuminate together as the fans start, but the GPU fans spin extremely fast before slowing down. The CPU debug indicator appears, and the screen displays "HDMI no signal."

The HDMI cable connects to the video card and monitor. Some motherboards include built-in HDMI, which needs a CPU with an integrated graphics unit. The GPU operates on its own system or uses a separate GPU depending on the setup.

The HDMI is connected to the GPU and monitor, but you're wondering if it should have gone into the motherboard's HDMI port instead. You've also tried another GPU in the PC without resolving the problem. It was the GT710, which was a significant upgrade, but I don’t have a better GPU to test.

Find the BIOS reset option or check the motherboard manual for instructions. Clear any unnecessary components and disconnect all SATA drives. Observe the outcome.

It keeps failing to post and the GPU fan is running at full speed.

Bad motherboard/CPU issue, and after swapping the board you got a faulty CPU—really frustrating.

Thank you for your assistance. I’m looking forward to the CPU arriving tomorrow, and I’m hoping it reaches me by this week. However, my chances seem uncertain.

The RAM is from a specific brand and model. The EVGA PSU has its own unique specifications. The budget RAM options often contain outdated components. The motherboard's BIOS should be current for optimal performance.
