It appears without a clear pattern, causing parts of the display to darken briefly, then brighten and fade again. The effect is more noticeable on the edges but less so in the center. Initially, I used a used CPU and motherboard, so I wasn't sure if they were the cause or the GPU. After replacing both components, the issue persists. I'm unsure whether it's related to the GPU, monitor, Windows settings, or something else entirely. I'm running the monitor at 2k 144hz using a display port cable and have "Freesync premium" enabled. I suspect other settings might be involved. I haven't recorded it on my phone, so that might not reflect the real issue. If you need further guidance, let me know!
Sadly? I don't think so—and if you really want it, just let me know I've never managed to use GSync with my monitors. My setup includes 165hz, 75hz, and 60hz screens. When I run FL Studio (or worse, Affinity Photo/Designer), the flicker is the worst I've ever experienced. Even the mouse feels slow. I've tried different solutions, but nothing has helped me. That said, it might not just be the multiple refresh rates issue.
