Hi,
When I start up from cold, I see the Windows logo and spinning icon for a while before encountering a BSOD that says:
"Inaccessible boot device."
After that, the system boots to BIOS and I leave it immediately; Windows then loads properly within a few seconds.
Once I restart after logging in, it works fine in about 15 seconds.
If I switch on from cold and enter BIOS right away, Windows restarts correctly in roughly 15 seconds.
I've disabled fast boot, looked into the Event Viewer and boot log for any odd activity, but nothing stands out. I also updated the BIOS.
This problem began suddenly, without any changes I was aware of. It actually started when I was using Windows 10, and I upgraded to 11 in the hope it would help, but it didn’t.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or do you have suggestions on how to fix it?
Is there a good startup logging tool that works even after a restart?

BB
PS: The problem also occurs when booting in safe mode.

How many drives are connected in the system?
It's possible - the bootloader is on one drive and the OS is on another.
The bootloader drive loads faster than the OS drive.
When you attempt to boot into Windows, the OS drive isn't ready yet.
Please share a screenshot from Disk Management (upload to imgur.com and post the link).

Thank you for your response, please find the screenshot attached.
There were two additional disks but I deleted them earlier to exclude them.

Do you know the specific hard drive and motherboard models you're using?

The MOTHERBOARD is an Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming Motherboard.
The storage device is a 2TB Seagate Firecuda 530 M.2 PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
Thanks again

I’ve made the latest updates to the motherboard bios, unfortunately it wasn’t my fault. The positive part is I can now install my drivers and have successfully switched to Windows 11.

Have you attempted relocating the M.2 drive to the alternate port on the motherboard?
