Hello, a few days back I observed a slight drop in fps. Usually I play at 60 but it suddenly falls to 59, 58, and even 57. This happens across many games like Rocket League and Crash Bandicoot. The worst part is the feeling of mini stuttering, which is really annoying, especially in Rocket League. I’ve cleaned my drivers with ddu, turned off hpet, and disabled vertical synchronization from the graphics card settings. All components are running normally. If anyone can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

I checked my drivers with ddu, turned off hpet, and disabled the vertical synchronization from the graphics card settings. All components are running normally, and temperatures are fine. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.
I also checked the game graph and it’s almost always at 100%, but it fluctuates. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue. Here’s the link: https://imgur.com/ldkRWHo

Hey there, I get it too. I’ve had the same problem since I first bought my PC. My specs are a Core i7700, GTX 1060 with 6 GB RAM, 16 GB of SSD storage, and all my games run on an SSD. No matter what I did, the startup still felt slow, and I’m starting to believe that occasional stutters are normal for any system.
As mentioned in the title, VSync remains active despite issues, I've tested with RTTS too, but the problem persists. I attempt to cap FPS without success, it stays around 240 fps. Games like Rocket League with maximum settings still drop to 58 or 57 when VSync is on, leading to stuttering. My monitor runs at 60Hz and my GPU is an RX 580.
