Today I attempted to play Valorant, but encountered an issue. Initially, pressing Valorant displayed a black screen, and I couldn’t turn it off without closing Task Manager and ending the process. When I tried ALT+TAB it opened another window, but I couldn’t return to the game. After uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the problem persisted. Watching YouTube videos didn’t resolve it. Please help with the proof.mp4 edited June 16, 2022 by Rokysa

It might be a problem with the game, your graphics card, its drivers, or all of them together. If you don’t share your system details, the support team can’t assist you properly.

You're unsure about the details of your PC components like the CPU, GPU, RAM, or the operating system you're using. If you assembled the system yourself, you should already have the specifications. For pre-built systems or laptops, the details are likely in the included documentation. You can find basic information by visiting the "System" section on the website. To check your GPU, right-click the desktop and access the AMD or Nvidia control panel from the context menu. This will display the driver version you're using.

CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, equipped with Radeon Vega graphics, running Windows 10. RAM is a single 16GB unit, and drivers are fully current on Eigenvektor.

Valorant and the Anti-Cheat RIOT Vanguard have been quite inconsistent for me recently. It often "crashes" when I press ALT+TAB to open Discord. The game appears to be running, but I can't close it or return until I perform a full system reset on my PC.

Another issue occurred today as well; my AMD CPU and GPU are working with RAZER Cortex, but reinstalling didn’t help.

You got Valorant from Epic and it's functioning properly—good luck!

I really hoped I caught it just moments ago. Removing Razer Cortex helped it function properly again. Appreciate the update!
