Hello everyone, many are reporting stuttering issues in games. I’m experiencing this too. Here’s my setup: Ryzen 7 2700; no overclock stock; PNY Gtx 1080ti; ASROCK B450M PRO with 4 MOTHERBOARD and 16 GB DDR4 RAM (2x 8GB modules); M.2 NVME SSD 119GB (THNSN5128GPU7 TOSHIBA); 4TB ST4000DM005-2DP166 SATA drive; Acer XB281HK monitor with G-SYNC and V-Sync enabled for all titles; short display cable that supports the required resolution and frame rate. I have a 1200W RAID max power supply. Stuttering appears in games like PUBG and Battlefield 1 across all resolutions and settings, even when using a second SSD. However, DOOM (2016) and Black Ops 4 seem unaffected. I’ve tried running programs one at a time and disabling some antivirus features in Windows Defender, but it hasn’t resolved the problem. Am I still experiencing stutters? Could it be due to game developers? I’ve noticed disabling certain options helped with FX series in BIOS, but I’m unsure if that’s enough.

I set the game to 2700x at stock. I haven’t noticed any stuttering. GTA V and PUBG ran smoothly without lag.

The game occasionally halts briefly, but it runs very fluidly without noticeable interruptions.

I also use it for creating music, and I haven’t faced interruptions because of CPU speed.

The only moment it stuttered was when I installed the new GPU after the upgrade, and I understood it was the GPU that caused the issue, not the CPU.

My settings are listed on my profile, usually Discord, Amazon, and other applications are running, plus music is playing.

It's cool you got your GTX 1080 Ti from eBay—it seems like it's running smoothly. No other problems have popped up, and most games are playing without stutters or delays.
