I've observed that the system isn’t operating at its full potential, specifically in games like Grand Theft Auto V where I achieve approximately 34 frames per second on medium settings at 1080p resolution, and Minecraft yields only around 40 fps. This discrepancy seems excessive. Honestly, I would reach out to Amazon and return the computer if it’s defective or request a replacement. If the replacement is identical, I would seek a refund and also explore gaming stores for alternative gaming computers.

The technical details appear promising, although a 350W power supply raises some doubts. However, given that other Amazon purchasers haven’t reported problems, it likely isn't a hardware issue. Thank you for your prompt reply. Occasionally, the computer struggles to launch games quickly and loading periods can be extended, however, I’ve only owned it for two days, so it's difficult to determine if this is due to malicious software.
