I was hoping to improve the performance of my extremely outdated ATI Radeon 5670 HD recently, but I’m unable to access the video settings. It only displays “Choose a video profile to improve your viewing experience,” and when I open the ‘Display’ settings, the application closes unexpectedly (crashes). Could there be a way to resolve this issue, or is it perhaps due to my graphics card or drivers?

Obtain the newest graphics card software updates and save them to your desktop. Acquire Display Driver Uninstaller at this link: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/. Completely uninstall all related components upon restarting; it may initially display a resolution of 640x480, which is not ideal. Subsequently, install your AMD or NVIDIA drivers, and hopefully this will resolve the issue.
