Your PC has experienced unexpected shutdowns and now crashes randomly while running games. It seems the issue might be related to system stability or hardware problems. Checking for outdated BIOS updates and ensuring your Windows is up-to-date could help. Also, consider testing with a fresh installation of Windows or checking for any corrupted system files.

Warzone reports an error indicating DirectX issues, while Fortnite displays a crash message. We apologize for the inconvenience and are taking steps to avoid similar problems moving forward. Assistance is available online, and Rocket League remains unaffected. Discord occasionally restarts silently.

I’m unsure about the next steps. I’ve tried malwarebytes both online and offline, run the scan multiple times, and double-checked my games. Still, I’m not sure what to do next.

Do all your drivers match the latest versions? The PC temperature during gameplay might vary. Consider draining the CMOS battery (the silver one on the motherboard) for 5-6 minutes and retrying once it’s back in place.

Consider hardware issues first. Try DDU, then reinstall GPU and chipset drivers. If the problem continues, investigate further, replacing parts one by one—RAM, PSU, motherboard, hard drives, GPU, CPU. Also, please share your full system specifications.

Windows is fully updated and my GPU drivers are current. I’m ready to upgrade the BIOS but feel a bit nervous. My specs are listed here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vgL8nt

Warzone reports two errors, one labeled 0x00001338 (11960)N and another related to DirectX. This might stem from a corrupted Windows installation.
