Hi, I see you're facing some PC stability problems while streaming. About two months ago, your PC would frequently crash during streams, and even using the recommended encoder increased GPU usage to 60%. You've checked drivers, Windows updates, OS updates, and BIOS updates—your motherboard seems to be up to date. The issue might be related to the UEFI setup or a compatibility problem. Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking and see if the problem persists. If it does, consider using a different streaming software or adjusting your encoding settings. For now, ensure your system is running the latest stable updates and monitor performance closely during streams.

No, I didn't format the flash-drive as Fat32 before adding the bios file.

I also adjusted the file format, opting for exFAT because I found a video suggesting it works just fine.

Your flash drive needs to be FAT32. The instructions on the support site for your motherboard explain how to use the instant-flash feature. https://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS10 If your drive exceeds 32GB, the FAT32 option isn't available in Windows format. There could be alternatives, but they might render the drive unusable. A 8 or 16GB drive might be a better option.
