As the title suggests, I’ve already removed and reinstalled the mouse driver, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Now I’m switching to a different mouse, yet the same problems persist. I’m considering installing the ports driver instead, but I’m unsure which ones need updating or where to get the latest version. I’ve already checked HP’s website, but it doesn’t have what I need. My hardware seems fine—no broken parts detected. It might be that my games are demanding more power than the system supports, causing overheating. I’m not sure if it’s actually hot, but I want to understand all the options available.
