Hello, I own a 1 gig broadband connection that has been functioning well until now. Recently, YouTube videos load slowly, Spotify buffers unexpectedly, and games crash with internet-related errors. I’ve ruled out a PC problem since I reinstalled Windows. The strange part is these issues vanish when using Wi-Fi, which was the case a few months back. My main suspicion is either A. My cable or port controller is faulty (though I’m not sure it’s causing the issue) or B. my ISP (Verizon) is experiencing problems again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
