I received a broadband plan offering 30mbps. Recently, while playing "Apex Legends," the game crashed and restarted without progressing. It didn’t display the server list or prompt for selection. I checked my connection via Ookla Speedtest, but it remained stuck at "Connecting" and "finding optimal server," indicating issues reaching servers. Google’s speedtest also failed, displaying a network problem message. My laptop connected via Ethernet and Wi-Fi showed similar results. YouTube, Facebook, and Google work without issues, allowing smooth video playback at 8k and CSGO launching properly. The ping command in cmd showed 28ms latency with no packet loss. The only functional speedtest was through Speedcloudflare, which reported normal speeds. I’m using the DNS 1.1.1.1 and need assistance.
