Open Device Manager and look for any entries labeled "Unknown Device" or yellow icons next to them. Likely, you just need to install the network drivers for your motherboard. Visit your board's support page—major manufacturers provide driver packages there, which you'll have to download using another device.

You're at the installation stage and want to unzip the folder. Just open the folder and look for a file named "unzip" or similar, then follow the prompts to extract its contents.

Extract every file into a fresh directory, then launch the "MSI SetupDrv64" tool. (It requires additional files in the folder, so simply clicking inside the .zip won’t suffice.) After installing the required devices, you can remove the extracted folder. You may add drivers manually by right-clicking in Device Manager, though that’s not ideal. Use the installer instead. Once network drivers are set up, Windows should automatically download the remaining necessary drivers via Windows Update.
