Hello. Over the last six months my internet has intermittently stopped working for about five minutes before returning. This occurs several times daily. The connection fails on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. I own fiber-optic internet, but after replacing the router and modem, the issue persists. When a connection is active, speeds match the paid plan and latency is low. I’m unsure what to do since the brandwidth service only suggests checking the cable connection, which I haven’t done in six months. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
