Hey there! Back then I paid my bill and received a rented TP-LINK WIFI6 router. My place still got internet via a coaxial/DOCSIS line, though. I was paying 200Mbps down and 50Mbps up. The old router worked fine on coaxial, but the new one needed an Ethernet cable. I switched because with the new it gave full speed, unlike the previous setup where I was only getting about 50Mbps down. Recently though, my connection has been dropping completely—no internet at all on both the original coaxial device and the new TP-Link one. During gaming and Discord calls I experienced huge packet loss. I tried pingplotter to 8.8.8.8 and got these results: https://prnt.sc/TDHR9T_XiZso. The first two hops show loss from the ISP, so it seems like the problem might be with my connection rather than yours. I also have logs from when the drop happened: https://prnt.sc/sK6HM86yeBGk and from the time of disconnection: https://prnt.sc/FMwdSRR4OvVX. Can you tell me if this pattern matches what I’ve seen before? Is it likely an issue on my end or with the ISP? Thanks for your help!

Upstream voltage is strong. Data from DSLreports.com outlines what to observe in signal strength. Your main task is verifying connections are secure. You might need a technician to address issues. Note that power levels can change by 3dB daily, meaning readings within limits now could exceed them later.
