I’ve owned this computer for several years. A few months ago I thought my built-in Wi-Fi was failing, so I switched to an Ethernet connection. After getting a new graphics card and finishing the build, I tested my internet speed and got 400 Mbps. I connected everything together and had one monitor working, but when I tried another monitor it dropped. I’m sure the Wi-Fi chip (TXE72E) or graphics card (Intel 3070 Ti) isn’t the problem, but I don’t know what’s causing the issue. I think there might be some kind of interference with the antenna, though I’m not sure why it only works when one cable is in place.

This occurs whenever a second monitor is connected, not just with a specific one. Try connecting solely your second monitor and see if the problem persists.
