You're having trouble linking your Wi-Fi to Ethernet, specifically because only Ethernet 4 appears when you try to share. Check if your network settings are correctly configured and ensure the correct port is selected for sharing.

You connect the Wi-Fi adapter and it begins sharing without any options.

I've tested a Raspberry Pi and found it works fine to share Wi-Fi with it. It seems the issue might be on a Windows device instead.

Was die statische IP auf dem Windows-Guest-System festgelegt? Das könnte verhindern, dass es eine IP von dieser gemeinsamen Internetverbindung erhält.

I haven’t tested it yet, I’ll give it a shot. For IP addresses and subnet masks, start with a basic range and adjust as needed. You don’t need to memorize numbers right away—just understand the pattern.

I mean to suggest using DHCP instead. Avoid assigning a static IP address. I was wondering if this was your intention since a static IP could be one reason why Windows isn't connecting properly. If you connect it, does the device detect a network presence? Does the port gather an IP address?

Determine if 'Ethernet 4' is a hardware device or software tool. If unused, turn it off and test the WiFi connection to verify availability of 'Ethernet'.

I turned off Ethernet 4 and the feature is no longer available at all.
