This sounds like you have a download limit in place. Make sure that Settings > Downloads has the "Limit bandwidth to" set to "No limit". You're missing the point. Look at the image to the right.

It's unlikely they'd mention it, as the speed limit is clearly displayed right beside the download rate.

Correct, you're correct. I missed the Steam indicator near the graph. This could mean the Download Region OP is linked to, an issue with the specific game, or a throttle from an antivirus or system admin.

nope. as I said it's EVERY SOURCE. http://prntscr.com/jwi1p7 it was doing better for ushit for some reason but not on the other 2.
