You're experiencing limited download speeds on your PC compared to your iPhone, despite having the right drivers installed. It might help to check your internet connection stability, ensure your Wi-Fi is working properly, and verify that your PC's network settings are optimized. Also, consider testing with a different device or location to rule out local issues.

Both desktop and laptop are connected to Wi-Fi. In Task Manager, under the Performance tab, you’ll see an option labeled “Wi-Fi.” There you’ll find details about your network connection. That line refers to the specific Wi-Fi standard being used, such as 802.11ac or 802.11n.

The results are presented consistently across devices. The units used—MBps or MB/s versus Mbps or mb/s—are nearly identical, though the capitalization of 'B' makes a significant difference. It's crucial to identify which tests are being shown and ensure they align between the two devices.

Your PC is connected only via Ethernet, not Wi-Fi. It shows 28 Mbps download and 28 Mbps upload, whereas other devices like your laptop and phone provide 300 Mbps download and about 28 Mbps upload according to Google Speed Test.

When drivers are current, I would consider switching to another Ethernet cable.

I changed the router into a modem cable connection with my PC, essentially flipping them over, but the download speeds remain unchanged. On my phone and PC, the performance stays consistent.

You may attempt to restart the network equipment. On the Windows network settings page, there is a reset option located at the bottom.

You connect straight to the modem without going through the router, which can affect performance and security.

It seems your PCIe card isn't functioning properly in this situation, while the onboard Ethernet remains operational. The outcomes you're experiencing haven't changed since then.
