Uncertain about where to share this. It looks like an internet issue, since many websites with embedded videos have trouble loading. My speed test is excellent with A+ scores across all browsers I tried. This applies to the three browsers I used. I removed my Bitdefender suite without any improvement. On numerous sites, the video plays a spinning circle indefinitely or stutters if it loads at all. I questioned whether this was a widespread problem and what could be done about it. My cable internet is working well, and the web generally responds quickly. The problematic sites usually belong to news aggregation platforms—perhaps that’s the cause?

Tested in Chrome with hardware acceleration turned off. This might work.

All browsers show this. I've turned off an iPV6 configuration for the ethernet adapter in the control panel and will try again. Thanks.

A brief observation here.
Recent intense solar activity and flares have occurred over the last few weeks. Alongside this, temperatures have risen significantly across the country. The solar events themselves create their own problems, while the heat further diminishes the performance of air conditioning in server and equipment areas, especially at smaller remote locations. My internet connection has been experiencing intermittent issues as a result.
These factors are likely contributing to your troubles, though they aren't the sole reason for your problems.
