Hi, I'm looking for some guidance. You have an ASRock H410M with Intel Core i3-10100, 16GB RAM, and a 250GB SSD. Everything seems to work on the first monitor, but when switching to the Samsung S24D300 via HDMI, the display goes black after a short time. The issue appears only with the 23" model, not the 24". You mentioned testing with a VGA driver and an Intel driver, but the problem persists. I'm trying to figure out why the iGPU is having trouble with this specific monitor and how to fix it.

Ensure all settings match the same refresh rate, since extended desktop mode can support this but usually fails; clone mode adjusts higher resolutions to fit the monitor’s best resolution, and if using a converter, the EDID may not recognize it.

The Intel GPU software reports a 60Hz refresh rate, but there’s no option to adjust it. After installing the Samsung monitor driver, Windows 10 now detects the display correctly.
