It's strange to see the IET website listing CPUs you don't have, while the release notes confirm your CPU supports the architecture. That suggests only Intel might be able to help with this issue.

It's strange, the IET site lists supported CPUs (your one isn't there), but the release notes say the architecture you have is supported. That means only Intel might be able to help with your question.
