Your readings on Aida64 are likely affected by software artifacts or environmental factors, while Prime95 and Haswell Refresh may behave differently due to their specific configurations.

Consider using prime95. It really works well. Don’t hesitate, give it a shot.

P95 spikes are clear, but I’m not sure about the IBT details.

I’d begin a digital debate, but let’s keep things positive for the new year. Calling it trolling isn’t right. Prime95 works well with my 2600k processor. No wonder it outperforms Haswell at times…

It's interesting how IBT behaves under different loads. At around 97%, performance drops to about 60%—similar to AIDA64—but jumps to 80% when fully loaded.

I believed it worked well manually, but adapting changes lead to failure.

Prime95 pushes Haswell to extreme voltage levels. Those who haven’t experienced this in recent years are aware of it. For IBT, I’ve always had no issues.

Aida 64 and IBT offer robust configurations with consistent performance under heavy load. A full stress test should yield similar results, possibly even more demanding than Intel Burn. You won’t need to worry excessively; IBT isn’t overly taxing on CPUs and provides a realistic worst-case scenario, which is why Intel suggests it for overclocking. Both tools simplify the process of boosting performance, making them ideal alongside GPU, system, and game stress tests. Of course, some enthusiasts enjoy extended sessions using Prime95, which includes safeguards to prevent overvolting Haswell chips—just ensure proper updates and settings.
