Your PC is showing installation issues with both Windows and Linux. When you power on via the USB, the blue Windows logo appears on a black background. After a brief loading ring, it either restarts or displays a blue screen. The USB works on another machine, and using an existing Windows drive also causes the same problems. You have a 3800x A 1GB x570 gaming motherboard with an Intel 600P 128GB NVMe SSD.

This appears to be a hardware issue involving one of your parts. Work with just one stick of RAM at a time, disconnect anything that isn’t essential, reinstall the SSD and CPU, etc. If the problem remains unsolved, you’ll need to swap components and troubleshoot by testing them one by one.

It seems you're questioning whether the old GPU is still in use. Could you clarify what you mean?

It worked smoothly to start with FreeDOS on the USB drive, and everything ran without problems. I’m not sure if this helps much.

Free dos doesn't have such high demands. I believe it works on RAM as well as a GPU. However, please run some tests first before asking more questions.
