It's quite unusual... When you power on the 3700x, it boots quickly, but the 5700x takes about two minutes each time. It's typical for a new CPU to have a slower first boot because of the BIOS, but after that it should return to normal performance.

First start today ran smoothly in about five seconds. A bit of relief, but we'll monitor the situation closely when I need to reboot it.

I heard you recently rebooted your PC after updating Photoshop, but it kept showing the Windows loading screen for almost a minute. That’s definitely not ideal!
