Unless you have a reason to use Professional over home, you are not missing out on anything. It might be wrong print on the disk itself.

All window flavors use the same installer. If your system previously ran Windows Home, it will automatically recognize the license and install Home. As for alternatives, I’m not certain.

You only require an empty 8GB USB flash drive and the Media Creation Tool (available at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software.../windows10) to install and generate the bootable media. The tool will consistently fetch the most recent Windows 10 version, which is currently 1909.
