Did you use any of those operating systems on your initial PC? Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP SP2, Vista, 7, 8... and beyond? Also, were there any Windows NT installations? In my experience, it was Windows 2000.

MS-DOS ran both professionally and personally. It transitioned to Windows 3 upon its release and evolved through most subsequent releases. We stayed on Windows NT at work for an extended period because it offered strong reliability.
Early x86 systems ran on DOS versions 2.1 through 6.2, then transitioned back to DOS for Windows 1.0. Subsequent releases included Windows 3.1, 3.11, and various Windows iterations such as 95, 95 OSR1/2.5, 98, 98SE, Me, XP, Vista x64, and later versions across multiple architectures and operating systems.
