They clearly protected themselves well by what he mentioned. In fact, what he said suggests they were allowed to spend the funds on "Business Meetings" and legally didn’t have to work, since the agreement specified otherwise.

I felt nervous about that too. It's really disappointing. @Ramamataz Maybe you can show them it doesn't relate to business. I get that he's trying to get past it, but I know he's not listening.
