So as the title says - ads that play within Android games are getting VERY annoying...
My question is: Is there a way prevent ads from opening play store on their own? Normally i wouldnt consider it an issue but lately theres a very invasive "studio" with ads that open the playstore on the page of their game randomly and multiple times while the advertise is playing. Some of their ads even locks you in a loop where if you close App store the ad will open it again right away, preventing you from closing the ad too. The only way i can get out of this loop is to close the game im playing completely and lose the reward for watching the ad
I am not looking for a way to completely block ads as the games i play offer some sort of rewards for watching an ad.
The real problem however starts when that game register so many "searches" from my device that after a while i get only ads from that specific studio.
As a solution i tried reporting the ads. Sadly Google doesnt offer "black list" or "not interested".
I also tried clearing my advertisement "profile" and have the playstore app set to "ask every time" instead of setting it as default program

There is a method to stop ads from opening the play store independently. Avoid those games and steer clear of promotions, etc. Seek alternatives where ads are less frequent or absent. Or else you might become frustrated. A neglected plant eventually dies—similarly, neglecting your choices can lead to unwanted outcomes.

Don't treat those publishers like they're above you.
Support what you want by using your money and clicking.
If it doesn't fit, that's okay too.

those ads are playing from every game i play, not just one specific so it's not as simple as "stop playing that game and you won't get the annoying ads that come with it"
I found a temporary fix for my issue. I removed my ad profile completely, which stopped ads linked to my activity. Also cleared the Google app store cache, and now I see other ads more often.

The ads you see come from whoever pays Google the most to appear as frequently as possible. You'll encounter the same ad repeatedly for a while, then something new will replace it. It's definitely not ideal, but it might work in the short term. Your only option is to keep going until it stops eventually.

That's accurate. I've experienced other bothersome ads that ran too long. This one, however, is particularly bothersome. Besides trapping me in a cycle by opening the play store, it felt unusually heavy on my phone. It was causing my battery to drain rapidly, slowing down performance, and sometimes forcing me to restart because it became unresponsive. I believe there should be a solution to stop these types of ads.
Anyway, thanks for your assistance.

We discover a method to prevent it, they evade that.
We stop this emerging technique, they bypass that.
And repeatedly like this.
