The icons are malfunctioning and not displaying correctly.
I really don’t understand how to describe this. I’m constantly trying to set up my desktop in a symmetrical way, but whenever I position the last set of icons, the windows always reset to a similar starting point. I can’t figure out what causes it. I searched for answers but found the issue. It happens every time I finish arranging and it restarts to the same spot each time. Please help me. In fact, the more I attempt it, the less precise I become—I don’t even need to place the group exactly where I want. As soon as I move it slightly, it resets. I’m really frustrated. The auto-arrange feature is clearly broken, and changing themes also doesn’t help.
Click the mouse, open View, and ensure Align Icons To Grid is selected. Then position them according to your preference.
