Hello, I recently assembled my initial PC setup. (i7 9700K, 240mm AIO, ASUS Prime Z390-A, 2070S, 3000MHz RAM, RM750X PSU.) I've observed that my 9700K rarely hits 4 GHz without manual overclocking, staying around 3.8 GHz max. I've already switched the power plan to High Performance Mode and adjusted my RAM frequency from 2133MHz to 3000MHz in the BIOS. Is there a solution to resolve this problem? My BIOS version is American Megatrends Inc. 1105, dated June 6, 2019.

It's typical for a CPU to operate efficiently when idle, saving energy by running at lower power. If the numbers drop significantly only when under load, check the BIOS settings for power management options and consider updating them.
