i am not claiming that the AI suite is managing your voltage on your behalf and it malfunctioned when the Vcore was adjusted to manual mode in the BIOS.
if you prefer not to remove the AI suite, simply adjust your BIOS settings to "optimize defaults" and run a recalibration using the 5way optimization. any BIOS configuration that isn’t labeled as "auto" can be modified (such as multiplier, AVX offset, etc.), but proceed with caution.
many of these parameters, especially the multiplier or block values, were established after calibration. altering them manually might cause overvoltage or instability.
within the AI suite itself, you have the option to adjust the voltages in the TPU and modify its oscillation/behavior in DIGI+VRM.
you can also configure the EPU power savings to define your desired CPU power limit.
however, if you require complete authority over BIOS OC adjustments, you will need to uninstall the AI suite.

you mentioned a text document containing bios settings and saved profile data, which you can load into bios as a saved profile. however, it might not resolve your issue. i received this bios from the costume build pc, where the cpu was modified and sent to me. if you plan to apply it on your system, double-check the voltages—this doesn’t seem to be the cause of your dead cpu. let me know if these settings help you. also keep in mind that your ram is likely different; make sure you adjust it to match your actual ram settings instead of using mine.
