Move encoding off the CPU to the GPU works well. I haven’t tested it on AMD chips, but on NVIDIA systems the video and game parts seem to run independently, which limits interference.

You're facing challenges with newer triple-A games that require more cores. The issue really depends on the games you plan to stream. As long as you've adjusted your expectations and ensure you have a solid internet connection, you should be okay.

AMD's VCE performs poorly when contrasted with NVENC and QuickSync, even when using an older version of HD graphics. For better results, consider enabling Intel HD 4600 in your Intel CPU setup and using it for recording or streaming. In your UEFI settings, turn on Intel HD graphics (Internal Graphics in some configurations), then install the corresponding drivers on Windows. Sync on older CPUs such as Haswell lacks many of the capabilities found in modern Intel chips. The 580 includes a hardware encoder which works well enough and won’t affect gaming performance.

Quicksync isn't the top choice, yet it handles 1080p at 60fps smoothly. You don't require a 9900k/2080ti setup just to stream effectively.
